Yes, the cleanser contains emulsifiers and plant-derived surfactants that effectively emulsify and remove makeup, dust, sebum, grime, and sunscreen without leaving the skin dry. For heavy makeup or sunscreen containing silicones and waxes, double cleansing may be necessary.
